How do I create an agreement?
Tap any template on the home screen. Fill in the 6-step builder: Client, Session, Rates, Usage, Terms, Review.
How does the signing link work?
After creating an agreement, tap "Send" to generate a link. Your client opens it in their browser and signs — no app download needed.
Can I choose state law or venue?
Yes. The agreement builder supports governing-law and dispute-venue states, plus advanced fields for model state, client state, work-location state, and optional venue county.
Is this legal advice?
No. Model Agreement provides customizable templates and business tools. It is not a law firm, and templates should be reviewed for your specific situation and jurisdiction.
Is my data secure?
Core records are stored locally on your device. Only signing link data is sent to our server when you create a signing link. Unsigned links expire after 30 days, and signed agreements are retained for 7 years for legal evidence and signature verification.
What does the Contract Scanner do?
It provides informational red-flag detection for photographer contracts, including rights grabs, perpetual licenses, fee splitting, AI usage, and no-escort clauses. It is not legal advice.
