The agreements generated by Model Agreement are templates. They are not a substitute for professional legal counsel. The Contract Scanner provides informational analysis only and does not constitute legal advice. Always consult a qualified attorney for legal matters.
You are responsible for the content of your agreements and ensuring they comply with applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
Signing links are hosted on our servers. Unsigned links auto-expire after 30 days. Signed agreements are retained for 7 years for recordkeeping and signature-authenticity purposes, after which they are automatically deleted. We store only the agreement data necessary for the signing process.
Model Agreement offers a free tier with 3 signed agreements per calendar month. A Pro subscription unlocks unlimited agreements and priority support. Subscription details and pricing are available in the app.
