Model Agreement is a document creation and business management tool for freelance models. The app helps you create, send, and manage customizable booking agreement templates, NDAs, signing links, client records, booking records, analytics, and local 2257 compliance records.
The app is not a law firm, does not provide legal advice, and does not create attorney-client relationships.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the app. The app includes an adult age gate because modeling agreements and 2257 recordkeeping workflows are intended for adults.
The agreements generated by Model Agreement are templates and general-purpose starting points. They are not a substitute for professional legal counsel. The Contract Scanner provides informational red-flag detection only and does not constitute legal advice, legal analysis, or a legal opinion.
You are responsible for reviewing and customizing all terms before sending agreements to clients. We do not guarantee that any template is suitable for your specific situation, jurisdiction, or legal requirements.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and legality of all information you enter into the app, including profile information, client details, jurisdiction selections, agreement terms, and rates. You are responsible for ensuring agreements comply with applicable local, state, federal, and international laws and regulations.
Signing links are hosted on our servers. Unsigned links auto-expire after 30 days. Signed agreements and NDAs are retained for 7 years for legal evidence and signature verification. When a party signs, we store the agreement data necessary for signing plus verification metadata such as timestamp, IP address, approximate location, browser/device information, document hash when available, and electronic-signature consent version.
You are responsible for sharing signing links only with intended recipients. Signing links are accessible to anyone who has the URL.
PDF documents generated by the app are your property. You may use, share, print, and distribute them as you see fit. Generated PDFs may include attribution that they were generated by Model Agreement.
Model Agreement offers a free tier with 3 signed agreements per calendar month. A Pro subscription unlocks unlimited agreements and priority support. Subscription details and pricing are available in the app and platform purchase flow.

Model Agreement is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for damages arising from agreements created, sent, signed, or managed using the app, or from the Contract Scanner's analysis or failure to identify clauses.
We make no representations or warranties regarding the legal enforceability of any agreement created using the app. Enforceability depends on jurisdiction, specific terms, party capacity, and the circumstances of execution.
You may not use the app for unlawful activity, impersonation, harassment, spam, malicious links, reverse engineering, security circumvention, or agreements that facilitate illegal conduct.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. This governing-law section applies to your use of Model Agreement; user-generated agreements may contain their own governing-law and venue selections.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the app shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Model Agreement regarding use of the app.
We may update these terms. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
